I am a fellow NaBloPoMo blogger (1st time for me but I’ve done other challenges) and am two months into Weight Watchers. My caffeine of choice is coffee. I wasn’t a coffee drinker until about 5 years ago – when I was younger (much younger) I would drink 5 or more bottles of TAB a day. I have osteopenia now and my dr. doesn’t want me drinking cola.
